Greg Slusky

Greg Slusky is the Principal and Founder of Sluco Realty Services, which he launched in 2009. With a commercial real estate career spanning over two decades, Greg has extensive experience in acquisitions, sales, development, and tenant site selection.

He has represented nationally recognized brands such as Dutch Bros Coffee, Akashi Sushi, KFC, Taco Bell, Smalls Sliders, Baths of America, Ojos Locos, My Fit Foods, and Smoothie King. Greg is known for creating developments with the right tenant mix, finding the best locations for his clients and has cultivated relationships which have lasted decades.

Greg has built his company, Sluco Realty, on trust, communication, and long-term relationships.  The company has a client-first approach with a sense of urgency which keeps the clients informed on market trends and new opportunities.

Originally from Oklahoma City, Greg moved to Texas to attend St. Edward’s University and later transitioned from hospitality management to real estate. When he’s not working, Greg enjoys staying active, sports, boating, and skiing, and time with his wife, daughter, and dog.

Whitney Fisher

Whitney joined Sluco Realty Services in 2018 and has over a decade of commercial real estate experience including tenant representation, retail & office leasing, sales and acquisitions.

Whitney entered commercial real estate as a Landlord Representative at a commercial office leasing and property management company. She transitioned to retail and worked as a Landlord Representative for a publicly traded REIT that specialized in grocery store anchored centers. Since joining Sluco, Whitney has focused on Tenant Representation, acquisitions and dispositions, and her work with various regional and national developers. Whitney prioritizes honesty and open communication to strengthen client relationships and protect their interests.

Whitney is a licensed real estate agent in Texas and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. She has a degree in International Business from Texas State University. Whitney moved to Houston in 2012 for a job in Oil & Gas. Although the career path wasn’t the right fit, she did find her perfect match (and now husband) before pivoting to commercial real estate. Whitney enjoys getting out for her daily walk with the dogs and spends her free time with her husband and their two daughters.
