Greg Slusky is the President of Sluco Realty Services, LLC located in Houston, TX.   With over 10 years of experience in the Houston market as a retail specialist I have represented many national tenants including Logan’s Roadhouse, Ojo’s Locos, Yum! Brands, Jack in the Box, Golden Corral, Maytag, Great Clips, Ruby Tequila’s, My Fit Foods, The Cash Store, China Star Buffet, Sakura Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi, and others. Moreover, I have worked on many third party shopping center listings from 8,000 Square Feet to over 500,000 Square Feet.

Prior to forming Sluco Realty Services in 2009, I was the Senior Vice President at The Retail Connection and Assistant Vice President with The Weitzman Group; both in Houston, Texas.  During my employment, I was one of the top producers in both offices.  Before getting into real estate I was a General Manager for Pappas Restaurants Inc. for nine years focusing on the Pappasito’s Cantina Concept.

I am active in professional organizations including the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Houston Association of Realtors.  Moreover, I have been active with Habitat for Humanity and in various organized 5k and 10k runs for multiple sclerosis, cancer, and the American Heart Association.
